The mounds can be found approximately 8 miles SE of Guyuan in Central China.

Mounds near Tenino, Washington, near the Grand Mound Road.  Mound diameter is approximately 30-35 feet.

Circular, Mima Mounds along the Eastern edge of the Western Sahara Desert in Africa.  The sites cover a very large area and continue for many miles over the barren landscape.

Vast Mima Mound site in Oregon.  Site extends from this main point up to a 20+ mile radius.  The circular features are between 30-60+ feet in diameter and aligned in rows that extend from water sources that are now dried up ancient river beds.
