The linear features cover an area of 3 miles in length by 3.81 miles wide between Cayo Rosario and Cayo Cantiles off the Southern coast of Cuba in shallow water.

These are most likely propeller scars from boats running in water to shallow. Look at closeups of shallow areas in Florida. You will see them everywhere.
